Treatment Philosophy

I believe in empowering my patients to manage their own bodies through evidence-based practice and individualized care. In addition to using manual techniques to assist the healing process, I will also guide you through specific exercises to get you better than before. I have taken advanced courses for the shoulder and low back as well as my Dry Needling certification. I am always seeking new opportunities to learn.

Interests and Hobbies

I am an outdoorsman at heart. I love archery and hunting in my home state of WI, but am excited to begin elk hunting in CO! I am also a huge sports fan (packers & badgers especially) and enjoy fishing, cooking, and resistance training. Overall, I enjoy being active and hanging out with friends and family!

Treatment Philosophy

I center my practice on the idea that movement is foundational to health, as I believe in the power of exercise to improve outcomes and quality of life. I motivate my patients to advocate for their health through holistic, individualized, evidence-based care, putting emphasis on treating patients with compassion to create a positive, welcoming environment. 

Interests and Hobbies

I played club volleyball through college and continue to play in weekly leagues during the summer. Because I'm from Colorado, I love to hike, particularly 14ers as well as ski in the winter. On weekends I can be found road biking, running, going to the gym, or playing pickleball with friends.

Interests and Hobbies

I like staying active and going to the gym as my main form of exercise. I moved here from Oregon a few years ago and look forward to snowboarding all winter and hiking in the summer. I enjoy watching all types of sports, primarily football, basketball, MMA, and water polo when it is on! I also value my time at home and spend it cooking, watching movies/tv (Jeopardy) and spending time with friends and family.
