My treatment is based on a combination of orthopedic expertise and empathy. I aim to get to know the whole person to help you meet your specific needs and goals in a timely and efficient manner. By getting to know you as a person first, I can create a plan that goes beyond the surface level and addresses all relevant concerns. With a strong focus on evidence-based, patient focused care and a passion for continuing education (including training in FMS, PRI, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and TMJ, among others), I aim to be constantly improving so I can provide you with the highest possible level of care.

I believe in building a therapeutic alliance with each patient, in order to ensure individualized care specialized to each patient's needs. I aim to challenge my patients to take control of their recovery journey to see the best results. Through a combination of manual therapy and a strong exercise foundation, we will work together to meet your personal rehab goals.  

I strive to tailor every treatment to plan to the specific needs and goals of the individual, with an emphasis on functionality and returning to the activities they love as quickly as possible. My goal with each session is to do something we didn't do the time before and work to address any issues or concerns that may pop up along the way. I want patients to leave at the end of their time that day feeling better than they did at the start.
